Over All: The ticketing platform was far more user-friendly than our previous ticketing service.

Cons: I like how simple it is to generate templates that other teams can use, as well as how simple it is to create custom reports and templates. It's simple to use and works nicely with other programmes like Outlook and Excel. I can see future consumers, learn how to win over present customers, and learn how to improve the customer experience, among other things. Spiraldesk Chat has been a huge hit with my team, and we're excited for more upgrades!

Pons: There were a couple instances when same material was stored on a number of similar-looking but distinct pages, and I couldn't figure out which was whose. The company's customer service could be better, and the Spiraldesk integration might be improved. I wish they had a good tutorial, and there are a few simple changes that might greatly improve the CRM.
